Aged like fine wine! Our Vintage™ brand is whole cone kiln dried hops that have been specifically selected each year for their abundance of nuanced flavors that are traditionally used in sour and lambic styles of beer. We age these hops in their baled state for a minimum of 3 years in climate controlled rooms between 45-60 deg F and let natural oxidation work its magic. We then pellet these into NYHG Type 90 pellets for ease of use and easier storability. Vintage™ Hops are limited batches and volumes are greatly dependent on crop year as we only select the best for fine aged bines.
