About
NYHG Type 90 pellets come from whole cone hops that have been hammer milled into a powder and pelleted to help retain the hops essential oils and maximize storage ability. NYHG Type 90 pellets are pelleted using a low impact style process for lower temperatures to enhance flavor and aroma of the hops. Our “Quality Control, Quality Assurance” (QAQC) program enables us to dial each variety in to maximize quality and consistency. Type 90 pellets are packaged in mylar foil bags that are nitrogen flushed, vacuum sealed and nitrogen purged for guaranteed freshness for 3 years and available in 11 pound and 4 x 11 pound packaging.
